Solutions to win: Nova Poshta enables soldiers at front lines to send and receive parcels for one hryvnia

Now, Defense Forces service members can send and receive packages weighing up to 30 kg for just one hryvnia at Nova Poshta's front-line branches.

What is the solution?

Logistics company Nova Poshta has joined as a new business partner in the national support program for service personnel, "Plus," which is available in the Army+ app.

This is the third company to join the program, the Ministry of Defense noted.

Nova Poshta, like the military, recognizes that every second is incredibly valuable right now, especially when it comes to delivering essential, valuable, and symbolically important items to the defenders—whether it's a generator, a Mavic drone, or even a cherished child's drawing.

"The main principle of 'Plus' is to provide a warm and humane service for the military, which aligns perfectly with the values of Nova Poshta. That's why we're thrilled to have them join our program," Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, said.

How does it work?

Thanks to Nova Poshta's offer in the Plus program, military personnel can send and receive packages up to 30 kg for just 1 hryvnia at front-line branches, particularly in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

All you need to do is generate a barcode in the app and show it to the branch operator, who will then activate the offer.

One soldier can generate up to three barcodes per month.

The Ministry of Defense reminded that the national support program for military personnel, "Plus," was launched in December 2024. It aims to bring together large businesses to offer the defenders special deals on goods and services.

The first companies to join the program were Ukrzaliznytsia, which offered tickets from a special reserve, and Ukrnafta, which provided discounts on fuel and products.

Thanks to the "Plus" support program, the military purchased more than 3 thousand tickets and saved on purchasing more than 440 thousand liters of fuel.

The new service in Army+ is available to service members of Ukraine's armed forces, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the State Border Service of Ukraine. In the future, access to the app, including the "Plus" program, will be extended to all Defense Forces of Ukraine.
