Near the Latvian city of Sabile, the Pedvāle exhibition hall is hosting a photo exhibition titled "Military Notes. Ukraine," which highlights the harsh realities of Russia's war against Ukraine.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Latvia announced this on Facebook, according to Rubryka.

The exhibition features works by Ukrainian cameraman Maksym Penko and Latvian television journalist Ina Strazdiņa. Both have been documenting the war since the onset of Russia's full-scale invasion, with Strazdiņa working on the front lines and in front-line Ukrainian territories to produce reports on the situation in Ukraine.

"In total, the exhibition features 40 photographs showcasing the resilience, willpower, and courage of Ukrainians.

These images serve not only as a reminder that the brutal Russian war against Ukraine continues but also as documentary evidence of the war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine," the post states.

The embassy expressed its gratitude to the organizers and noted:

"We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Latvian and Ukrainian journalists, whose professional work allows the world to witness the true and honest situation in Ukraine. Their efforts highlight the Russian aggression against our country and the heroic struggle of Ukrainians—our defenders—for the freedom and peaceful future of Ukraine."

It is worth noting that the Seimas of Latvia hosted an exhibition of drawings by Ukrainian children from Chernihiv titled "Colors of the Commonwealth: Ukraine-Latvia." This exhibition symbolized gratitude to Latvia for its support of Ukraine during the war.

Additionally, the charitable Latvian platform Ziedot.lv, in collaboration with the Embassy of Ukraine in Latvia, launched a charity initiative to support Ukrainian schoolchildren and military personnel.

In London, the Palace of Westminster hosted an exhibition titled "Lost Childhood." Organized as part of a public event in the UK Parliament, it focused on the theme "Crimes against children as methods of genocide" and was dedicated to the International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Genocide.
