Ukraine launches new "Kremlin Mouthpieces" section, listing 55 Russian propagandists and media managers
Ukraine recently added a new segment to the War & Sanctions website called 'Kremlin Mouthpieces.' The initial roster of 55 Russian propagandists and media executives has been released.
Ukraine's intelligence reported that.
The weaponization of information is part of the Russian military doctrine. Today, the Kremlin is waging war not only with missiles, tanks, and cannons. Its information war does not have a clearly defined front line and is spreading worldwide.
"By investing significant resources in it, the Russian government is trying to destabilize Ukraine and the world, influence political processes, and shape public opinion in various regions of the planet in its aggressive interests…
Russian propaganda supports violence, glorifies the Russian armed forces, justifies aggression and war crimes, uses dehumanization and hatred of Ukraine as fuel for war, and challenges Ukraine's ability to continue the fight.
It has faces that the whole world should know – to know in order to block, impose sanctions, ban entry, close bank accounts, and stop any cooperation," the report reads.
Thus, the list includes already well-known propagandists: Dmitry Kiselyov, Volodymyr Solovyov, Margarita Symonyan, Olga Skabeeva, and Alexander Dugin.
Several cultural figures were also added to the list:
- Nikolai Baskov,
- Timati (Timur Yunusov),
- Yana Rudkovskaya,
- Larisa Dolina,
- Oleg Gazmanov,
- Mikhail Galustyan, etc.
Ukraine's intelligence stated that Russian propaganda uses dehumanization and hatred of Ukraine as fuel for war, and the weaponization of information is part of Russian military doctrine.
"Today, the Kremlin is waging war not only with missiles, tanks, and cannons… In the first year of the war alone, Russia Today in Arabic increased its reach by 10 million users. Russia has allocated $1.42 billion in the 2025 budget to finance propaganda.
Russia spends another half a billion dollars a year on creating propaganda by structures not related to the state," the intelligence officers noted.

It should be noted that the once well-known Ukrainian singer Taisiia Povaliy has once again made a series of cynical propaganda statements regarding Ukraine and her fellow citizens. She actively supports the genocide of her people and praises Russian policy.
