🔥 Ukrainian IT company Kitrum has developed the Chameleon system to protect drone video feeds. The system ensures complete confidentiality by encrypting video in real time, allowing only authorized operators to view the stream.

🇪🇺 The EU Council has approved €4.2 billion in funding for Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program. This marks the final step before the funds are transferred to Ukraine's state budget. The disbursement is expected in December, with total funding for 2024 reaching €16.1 billion.
