lun.ua reported that.
The interactive map shows locations where you can still work in the event of a power outage, as well as the ability to provide updates on the operations of your cafe, shop, service, etc.
The Light Map 2.0 is an updated version of the map launched in 2022 during the first blackouts. Then, LUN marked on the map businesses that work even during power outages—thanks to the fact that they have a generator or other autonomous power systems. Since then, Ukrainians have used the map 2.5 million times.
In 2024, Ukrainian businesses had become so resilient that nearly everyone could continue working during power outages. However, locations needing to work with a laptop during these outages remain relevant. As a result, LUN, in collaboration with local businesses, has launched Light Map 2.0.
The map shows coworking spaces, cafes, shops, shopping malls, and invincibility points where help can be found. Major companies like Epicenter, OKKO, UPG gas stations, Eurasia restaurants, Creative State coworking spaces, and Kredens have joined the map.
The Light Map 2.0 currently has over 500 locations and is constantly updated. At the link, you can leave a request and add your establishment.
The Map indicates for each location what services are available there during power outages:
There is also an item titled "Price, conditions, and restrictions for using your laptop in the establishment." LUN is encouraging businesses to be environmentally conscious and to remember to show gratitude by placing an order while working on a laptop.
There is also a feedback function on the map – guests can confirm the services' availability.
"Places with stable internet, sockets, and electricity are new places of attraction. Thanks to the responsibility and resilience of Ukrainian businesses, you can work, study, and not put your life on hold during outages. We strive to help Ukrainians be socially active and not feel digital barriers, so we have joined forces with businesses and are filling the new map. We thank the caring cafes, gas stations, and shops that have already provided data, and we will be happy to receive new applications – to make the map as useful as possible," Anna Denysenko, curator of the LUN Misto project, says.

The enemy is once again bombarding our energy sector, resulting in a resurgence of power outages. The Center for Energy Research predicts that the power shortage caused by Russia's recent attack wave could last up to two years.
Rubryka spoke with an electronics engineer about how to handle extended power outages. Together, we created a guide on what items to purchase and avoid to ensure access to electricity, communication, and hot meals for yourself and those close to you. Furthermore, LUN Misto recently introduced the "City without Borders" interactive Inclusion Map, which features institutions, public spaces, and urban infrastructure that have implemented measures to ensure free access for low-mobility groups.
