BGV Charity Fund Launches New Educational Platform "Responsible Parenthood"

BGV Charity Fund has announced the launch of the "Responsible Parenthood" platform — an online resource designed to provide valuable information and support for expectant and new parents at every stage of parenting.

The fund reported that the platform currently features two sections:

  • "Pregnancy" — offers insights into pregnancy preparation, physical and emotional changes, healthy lifestyle tips, and psychological support.
  • "Birth" — includes a hospital bag checklist, guidance on bonding with the baby, childbirth preparation tips, and more.

The project is implemented in partnership with the non-profit organization #WeAreAllUkrainians, Germany's largest drugstore chain dm-drogerie markt, and their dm-family "glückskind" program, which provided valuable resources for families.

This has resulted in a severe shortage of skilled labor, which is essential for Ukraine’s reconstruction. Rubryka spoke to Michael Paulo, program director of the Skills4Recovery initiative focused on supporting the training and retraining of skilled workers in four key sectors crucial for the country’s recovery: construction, transport and logistics, agriculture, and the services sector.
