BGV Development announces new commercial and residential real estate projects

BGV Group Management, headed by Gennadii Butkevych, is advancing its investment in commercial and residential real estate projects. In November, BGV Development, the group's real estate management and construction arm, announced new projects.

A flagship project for BGV Development is the Equides Villas cottage town in Lisnyky, Kyiv region. Plans include constructing 51 country villas, each ranging from 80 to 137.6 square meters, with a total residential area of 5,312 square meters. Construction began in November 2024, with completion projected for the second quarter of 2026.

The Equides Villas cottage town offers several unique features:

• Prime location and amenities: The villas are integrated into the Equides Club country club, giving residents access to all the club's amenities, leisure options, and established infrastructure.
• Flexible investment options: Buyers can choose to live in the villa or place it under the club's professional management for rental income. The management team, with extensive experience, will handle all aspects of leasing.
• Move-in ready homes: Each villa comes fully renovated and furnished, allowing owners to move in immediately upon receiving their keys.
• Concierge services: A dedicated concierge service will offer villa owners additional conveniences, such as grocery delivery, cleaning, and other on-demand services.

BGV Development is also expanding its portfolio in commercial real estate. In Zhytomyr, the company plans to open the "ZHYTO" shopping center at 1 Otamaniv Sokolovskyh Street in the first quarter of 2025. This 3,800-square-meter complex will kick off a new format: a network of smaller district and suburban shopping centers aimed at bringing well-known brands and retailers to smaller towns and regional centers. BGV Development intends to grow this shopping center network across various cities in Ukraine.

Additionally, the company is prioritizing sports infrastructure, especially for football, given the sport's growth in the Zhytomyr region. FC Polissya, whose president is BGV Group Management founder Gennadii Butkevych, made its debut in the European Cups in 2024 and currently ranks in the top five of Ukraine's Premier League. Recognizing the need for quality facilities, BGV Development, alongside FC Polissya, plans to build a 7,800-square-meter sports and rehabilitation center featuring state-of-the-art training and recreational amenities to support the club and foster youth sports in the region.

Looking ahead, BGV Group Management remains open to new investment projects, including potential partnerships in both commercial and large-scale residential developments. A recent example is its partnership with SAGA Development, which began with the Boston Creative House project on Stepan Bandera Avenue in Kyiv.
