BGV Group Management and SAGA Development forge strategic partnership agreement

BGV Group Management and SAGA Development signed a strategic partnership agreement in early October 2024. Their initial collaboration began with the Boston Creative House project on Stepan Bandera Avenue in Kyiv. Presently, the companies are exploring the potential for partnerships on other development projects.

BGV Group Management reports that.

BGV Group Management was founded by Gennadii Butkevych in 2015 as an investment group aimed at developing cutting-edge and highly productive businesses specializing in high-value product manufacturing. The company has five main areas of business, with a focus on mining, energy efficiency, retail, development, and education projects. Since 2022, the BGV team has prioritized restoring and constructing new residential, commercial, and other infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Then, in June 2024, a new branch of the Group was launched – BGV Development, focused solely on development projects.

SAGA Development is an investment and development company based in Ukraine. It was established in 2016 to create and execute multifunctional complexes and districts that transform Ukrainian cities by introducing new concepts, architectural symbols, and an enhanced lifestyle. The company's portfolio comprises over 2 million square meters of real estate.

"SAGA Development's mission is to develop cities based on an ecosystem of partnerships. Our key principle is the unification of competencies and efforts for Ukrainian cities' best and fastest development," Andriy Vavrysh, CEO of SAGA Development, comments. "BGV Group Management and our company share many values which have formed the foundation of our partnership. I am confident that it will bring mutual benefits and flourish in the future."

"As a systemic investor in the Ukrainian economy, we believe it is important to align our group's priorities with the country's strategy, particularly its investment in reconstruction and urban development. Despite the full-scale war, the construction industry still needs significant investments, a strategic approach, and collective efforts. Our partnership with SAGA Development marks a new chapter in expanding our development business. We are prepared to invest in cutting-edge and innovative Ukrainian projects focused on real estate development to build [a better – ed.] Ukraine today," the BGV investment group's founder, Gennadii Butkevych, noted.
