President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky published a video from the site of the attack in Kharkiv.

"Unfortunately, there are victims, including children. There may be more people under the rubble. All the necessary services are in place. The partners see what is happening every day. And in these conditions, each of their delayed decisions is at least dozens, if not hundreds, of such Russian bombs against Ukraine. Their decisions are the lives of our people. That's why we must stop Russia together and do it with all possible force," Zelensky wrote.

No victims were reported.

It should be noted that the capital experienced two air raid warnings during the night, and the city's anti-aircraft defenses were active on its outskirts.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, the Russians conducted 20 airstrikes on the capital during the month of October. Only one day out of 31 did not see an air raid alarm. Typically, Kyiv residents heard sirens twice a day.

"This attests to the ongoing, systematic terror inflicted upon the peaceful civilian population of Ukraine," the administration emphasized.

The State Emergency Service posted a photo from the location where the wreckage landed.

For reference:

It should be noted that the Russian invaders launched a massive missile attack on Odesa on the evening of October 30. The enemy fired about ten rockets of various types. The air raid alert sounded at 7:20 p.m. and lasted for an hour.
