Russian drone strikes Nikopol, injuring two children
Russian troops launched a kamikaze drone attack on Nikopol, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in the injury of two children.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported that.
As a result of the attack, two girls aged 12 and 13 were injured.
Both were hospitalized with shrapnel injuries.
The regional military administration has reported that the children are in moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary medical assistance.
Yesterday, October 27, Russian soldiers used heavy artillery, kamikaze drones, and unmanned aerial vehicles to shell the civilian population in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The roofs and walls were severely damaged, window frames and panes were shattered, and facades and fences were torn apart.
The city of Nikopol and the Marhanetska, Myrivska, Chervonohrihorivska, and Pokrovska rural territorial communities were attacked.

Russian forces use a wide range of weapons, including missiles, guided aerial bombs, and kamikaze drones, in particular, of Iranian production. Recently, the frequency of drone attacks, which are carried out almost every night, has increased significantly.

Overall, on the night of October 28, the Russian army launched a total of 100 Shahed attack drones and other unidentified unmanned aerial vehicles to attack Ukraine. By 10:30 a.m., 66 of these enemy drones had been successfully destroyed.
As President Volodymyr Zelensky reported, the Russian occupiers used more than 1,100 guided air bombs, more than 560 attack drones, and about 20 missiles of various types against Ukrainians in a week.
