"One of the guided aerial bombs hit a residential high-rise building. Information is being gathered about the victims," the city's head initially reported.

There's a fire at the site of the strike in a multi-story building. Terekhov also mentioned that the building and a nearby car were both on fire.

On the morning of October 3, the Russians struck the suburbs of Kharkiv and damaged high-voltage transmission lines.

"As a result of the latest attack on the suburbs, high-voltage transmission lines were damaged. Because of this, there may be power outages in some areas of Kharkiv," Terekhov emphasized.
