Zelensky’s administration to reveal victory plan for Ukrainians except for “secret provisions,” implementation on enemy territory to follow

The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, will soon reveal his plan for victory to the Ukrainian people. However, certain aspects will be confidential and restricted so as not to be revealed to the Russians.

The head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, announced that on the air of the national telethon.

He said that Zelensky presented this plan to US presidential candidates — Kamala Harris and Donald Trump — as well as to Joe Biden and the US Congress.

At the same time, according to Yermak, the head of state discussed this plan with Ukraine's other partners, in particular with the leaders of the "Big Seven."

The head of the President's Office said the victory plan would be presented to Ukrainians, but some of its provisions would be classified. Yermak explained that some of its parts are "sensitive" and, therefore, must be kept secret.

"This is the president's plan, and of course, as he promised after the presentation to the President of the United States and partners, I think it will be presented to Ukrainians. However, some sensitive details must remain confidential, not because they contain secrets, but because our country, in the true sense, is like a family where there can be no secrets, especially during wartime. Nevertheless, any information that is made public will not only be heard by us in Ukraine but also by the enemy."

He believes it is crucial to witness the implementation of this plan on hostile ground and to observe Ukraine's military's successes and triumphs.

"Everything that becomes public is heard not only in our country, the enemy also hears it. And therefore, of course, some details of this plan are closed. But you know, it is important to see the implementation of this plan on enemy territory and to see the results and the victories of our military," the official said.

He also expressed confidence that citizens will understand the need to keep some details of the Victory Plan silent:

"Our people are very smart; they understand everything and appreciate everything."

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kyiv wants to develop a plan to end the war and simultaneously strengthen its capabilities on the battlefield. He explained that if the pressure on Russia continues, it can be forced to a diplomatic settlement.

He also explained that the document can pave the way to reliable peace — to the full implementation of the "peace formula."

On September 27, the head of the Ukrainian state announced that he had presented the victory plan to the United States, and now, at the team level, the Ukrainian side would work on fulfilling every step.

Zelensky presented Trump with a victory plan that had already been shown to US President Joe Biden and Democratic US presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
