Russian forces shell Pavlohrad, killing one, injuring 30, including three children

In Pavlohrad, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, 30 individuals were injured following a shelling by Russian attackers on September 6. Three of those injured were children.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported that on Telegram.

Today, the Russian armed forces bombarded Pavlohrad.

Later, it was announced that one person was killed in Pavlohrad as a result of the Russian military's shelling, and the number of injured individuals rose significantly from 5 to 18.

"Unfortunately, there is already a dead person in Pavlohrad. The number of injured is increasing. There are 18 of them in the hospital now, including a 9-year-old girl," he said.

In addition, several ignitions took place in the city.

"An apartment was on fire in one of the high-rise buildings. Firefighters extinguished the fire and saved five people," Lysak added.

After some time, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported:

"There are 30 people injured in Pavlohrad, including three children. A 9-year-old girl and boys aged 11 and 4 were among those injured in the rocket attack on the city."

According to the head of the regional military administration, among the people who are in the hospital, two are in serious condition.

"Medics are doing everything in their power to save them," Lysak mentioned.

It's worth mentioning that an air raid alert was declared at 9:35 in several regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Donetsk.

Several hours earlier, explosions were reported in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region.

A warning siren for air attacks was triggered in the area due to the possibility of missiles. From the information gathered, the invaders apparently dispatched two fast-moving projectiles towards Pavlohrad. The armed forces detected their presence in the regions of Kharkiv and Donetsk.

The regional military administration later announced that the occupiers had launched an attack on Pavlohrad, resulting in 5 injuries and significant damage. It was later revealed that one person had died, and 18 others, including a child, were injured due to shelling from the Russian Federation. The city also experienced fires as a result of the attack.

It should be noted that Russian troops are constantly shelling the Dnipropetrovsk region. For example, the Russian invaders tried to destroy the fire station in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. On Friday, August 30, the Russians fired at the rescuers three times.

Moreover, the occupiers shelled Pavlohrad on July 7. Then, the Russian Federation hit the city with a missile.

On the night of September 6, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with two missiles and 44 Shahed 131/136 attack drones. Air defense forces shot down 27 enemy drones.
