"It is precious that the initiative The Ukrainian Review is private. We have always had a very active civil society that takes responsibility for creating information products and distributing them in the world. Especially at a time when we need to convey truthful information about Ukraine to the world. The publication has close cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Thanks to such cooperation, success is guaranteed," Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine for European Integration, Taras Shevchenko, said .

"We at the Center are making every effort to support this private initiative, following the guidelines set out in the memorandum. We are hopeful that the ambitious plans will come to fruition with the involvement of both the private sector and the government. It is important for us to share the story of Ukraine and its people, highlighting our heroic struggle, as this is crucial in countering Russian propaganda and safeguarding our information security," the head of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, Ihor Solovei, said .
It should be noted that the printed editions of the publication were distributed:
- at the NATO Summit in Vilnius,
- during the International Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine in Berlin,
- during numerous bilateral presentation events in Austria, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany and Slovenia.

"One of the reasons we created this magazine is because, while actively helping to source cars abroad last spring, we noticed that many of our international partners who support Ukraine learned about the war there through global media outlets. These included European and Arab sources. This was when we had the idea to start this publication as a volunteer initiative," Volodymyr Savchenko, head of the Ukrainian Review project, said.
Savchenko mentioned that they initially built a website and established a presence on social media, but with the network being targeted by hackers, they ended up considering the concept of producing a physical magazine.
