Rubryka reports this with reference to Ukraine's security service's press service.
The investigators also discovered:
"The experts' conclusions are unequivocal — it was a targeted missile strike. This is evidenced not only by the fragments of the missile found at the site of the impact but also by the analysis of the flight trajectory data, the nature of the damage caused, and a large number of video and photo materials," the message says.
The security service noted that the targeted missile strike of the Russian Federation is confirmed, among other things by:
Russia's claims
Russian propagandists and some officials blame Ukraine for the destruction of the Okhmatdyt hospital, saying that a missile from the NASAMS or Patriot anti-aircraft missile system allegedly hit the facility.
This version, in particular, is published by the War on Fakes Telegram channel. They claim that the missile, captured on video, fully corresponds to the size of the missile with an anti-aircraft missile system. Also, the rocket's whistle and the engine's sound, characteristic of the Kh-101, are allegedly not heard in the video.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also stated that it was precisely the military object that was targeted, and the statements about the attack on the hospital are not true. There, they believe that numerous published photos and video footage confirm the fact of destruction caused by the fall of a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile launched from an anti-aircraft missile complex within the city.
There, they also called the attack on Okhmatdyt a provocation aimed at "ensuring further financing of the Kyiv regime and the continuation of the war to the last Ukrainian standing."
Putin's spokesman, Dmytro Peskov, said that in the case of the attack on the hospital, it was allegedly an "anti-missile" hit. He also emphasized once again that the Russians allegedly do not attack civilian objects.
At the same time, the pro-Russian American political commentator and TV presenter Jackson Hinkle also accused Ukraine of "shooting at itself."
As Rubryka reported, during the massive Russian missile attack on July 8, Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kramatorsk, and Sloviansk were affected. More than 40 missiles of various types were launched. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and a children's hospital were damaged.
Also, a Russian rocket hit the department of intensive and efferent therapy of chronic intoxications at the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv.
As a result of the Russian missile attack on Okhmatdyt, it is known that two people died and more than 50 were injured. Most of them are doctors.
The UN Security Council will convene on Tuesday, July 9, to discuss Russia's massive missile attack on the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in Kyiv.
On Tuesday, July 9, emergency and rescue operations on the territory of the Okhmatdyt hospital in the capital were completed.
