BGV Charity Fund distributes food and hygiene kits to low-mobility pensioners in Kherson
The German non-profit organization #WeAreAllUkrainians allocated €3,000 to purchase kits for pensioners, including those bedridden and in wheelchairs.
Together with the NGO "What Did You Do?"—the fund's regular partner in Kherson—representatives from the BGV Charity Fund visited the older people in need and personally delivered food and hygiene kits.
Each kit, worth UAH 2,044, included essential food items, personal hygiene products, and candles: rice, sugar, grains, pasta, tea, coffee, biscuits, canned meat, flour, sunflower oil, as well as liquid soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.
Given that the minimum pension in Ukraine has been UAH 2,361 since January 1, 2024, this assistance will significantly ease the lives of pensioners for several months.
The BGV Charity Fund expresses gratitude to #WeAreAllUkrainians for their consistent support of Ukrainians in need during the war and to the NGO "What Did You Do?" for their help and assistance in organizing the delivery of food and hygiene kits to beneficiaries.
