Drones strike fuel and energy facilities and tractor factory in Russia's Smolensk and Lipetsk regions
On the night of April 24th, "fuel and energy facilities in the Smolensk and Yartsev districts of the Smolensk region were set ablaze due to a drone attack in Russia. Additionally, a drone crashed in the city of Lipetsk.
This information was shared on the Telegram account of the Governor of the Smolensk Region, Vasiliy Anokhin, ASTRA, "RIA Novosti," and the Telegram of the Governor of the Lipetsk Region, Igor Artamonov.
Smolensk region
As reported, an oil depot caught fire in the Smolensk region. After the drone attack, there was a fire at fuel and energy facilities in two districts of the region.
"Fires occurred most likely as a result of an enemy attack on civilian fuel and energy facilities in the territory of Smolensk and Yartsev district. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is eliminating the consequences on the spot. Please keep calm and do not panic," the governor wrote.

Residents report that an oil refinery is on fire near the villages of Rozdorovoye and Prygorskoye and publish a video.
According to them, at least 4-5 explosions were heard.
Lipetsk region
Also, during an attack by strike drones, a drone fell in the industrial zone of the city of Lipetsk.
No victims are reported. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene.
According to local news sources, the Lipetsk Tractor Plant (LTZ) was reportedly attacked by drones. The full extent of the damage caused to the plant is not yet known.
Since 2004, "LTZ" has been part of the "Tractor Plants" engineering concern and produces, among other things, chassis for military equipment.

- On March 24, another series of explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied Crimea: social networks reported that drones had hit an oil depot near the village of Hvardiyske.
- On March 6, as a result of a drone attack, explosions rang out in the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation. Also, strike drones hit a warehouse of fuel and lubricants in the Kursk region.
- On the night of February 9, in the Siversk district of the Krasnodar territory, the Ilsky Oil Refinery burned, allegedly due to an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle.
- On January 29, an aircraft-type drone attacked one of the largest Russian refineries – the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl, Russia.
- On January 25, the oil refinery in Tuapse, Russia, became another target of the Security Service of Ukraine. After two powerful explosions, a large-scale fire started there, and the installation of the primary processing of petroleum products, namely, the vacuum and atmospheric columns, was damaged.
- Due to an attack by Ukrainian drones on January 21 of this year, the Russian Novatek plant, located on the coast of the Baltic Sea, suspended operations.
