Kyiv Regional Military Administration reports this on Telegram.
What is the problem?
Reportedly, the Boryspil Lyceum "Patriot" currently has 970 students in attendance. Additionally, the institution hosts various clubs and sports teams.
During air raids, students descend into a shelter designed for only 230 people and use a storage facility near the lyceum.
What is the solution?
A dual-purpose anti-radiation shelter is being built for the students of the "Patriot" lyceum. Almost half a thousand people will be able to stay at the shelter at the same time.
The shelter will make it possible to organize part-time training in the lyceum.
How does it work?
According to the military administration, the facility's foundation, walls, and ceiling are currently completed. Builders are also working on waterproofing the building. Additionally, internal construction is being carried out simultaneously, including:

In addition, it should be noted that new building regulations for the construction of civil defense protective structures came into force on November 1, 2023.
Furthermore, within a few months, the biggest kindergarten in the Pidvolochy settlement community was provided with a shelter featuring top-notch flooring and sanitary equipment, as well as new furniture and designated classrooms. Rubryka details how this solution was discovered and put into action.
