Russian military shells Dnipro, causing civilian casualties

Today, on April 2, the Russian military launched a missile strike on Dnipro, injuring civilians.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported this.

"Rocket attack on Dnipro. There are casualties," the statement reads.

According to Lysak, there are five victims; the details are being clarified.

"Don't aid the enemy. Don't take any photos and don't post them on the internet," the head of the region added.

Later, it became known that one of the educational institutions was damaged due to the Russian attack, Lysak clarified.

"Fortunately, at the time of the attack, all the children were in the shelter. This saved the health and, perhaps, the lives of the boys. I thank the teachers for their work. For their coordinated actions," the head of the regional military administration added.

Hits on critical infrastructure facilities were recorded in Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions in the west and south of the country. In several regions, power outage schedules have been introduced.

The massive attack on Zaporizhzhia killed at least one person and injured eight. Casualties were also reported in the western Khmelnytskyi region. People were searched for under the rubble of the destroyed building.
