Germany updated the list of military aid it has already provided to Ukraine.

The Ukrainian army has received 24,000 40mm caliber projectiles, 70 GMG grenade launchers, 3,000 camouflage nets, 2,000 ponchos (rain protection), and two emergency generators.

In the future, the German government plans to provide 20 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, one "Warthog" tracked vehicle for use as a command vehicle, Patriot SAM missiles, and 70 infrared cameras.

As previously reported, Germany will be able to transfer 10,000 artillery projectiles to Ukraine in the coming days, which was announced earlier as part of the military aid package.

German assistance

Germany is the second-largest contributor among Ukraine's partners in terms of aid. Overall, Germany has allocated/pledged €28 billion for military assistance to Ukraine.

Warsaw and Berlin will establish a coalition of armored vehicles to support Ukraine. The Armored Vehicles Coalition has recently opened in Warsaw: participants have developed a consolidated position on strengthening the technical capabilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with certain types of armored vehicles and the organization of their repair system.

France and Germany have recently agreed to allow the Franco-German tank producer KNDS to establish a production unit in Ukraine.

Moreover, Germany will finance the purchase of 180,000 projectiles through a Czech initiative as part of its assistance to Ukraine.
