Russian forces attack Donetsk region, killing one and injuring four teenagers
Russian forces shelled the village of Kostyantynopilske in the frontline Donetsk region with Uragan missile systems, killing one person and injuring four teenagers, governor Vadym Filashkin reports.
Enemy troops fired at the territory 13 times, injuring teenagers 12, 14, 15, and 16 years old.
The attack wounded nine people. All of them received the necessary medical care.
"A lot of houses were also damaged – we are currently inspecting the area and establishing the exact consequences of the shelling."
On that day, Russian troops also launched an air strike on Kurakhove, dropping KAB-250 guided bombs on the town and the plant, and nine people were reported wounded.
The enemy hit a thermal power plant located in the frontline area, injuring six power workers.
On February 20, Russian forces launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk, which resulted in injuries and damage to infrastructure.
On February 17, the enemy attacked Kramatorsk and Sloviansk, as the body of a school guard and the remains of the dead boy's grandmother were recovered from the rubble during rescue operations, bringing the number of people killed in the shelling to four.
