Russian forces drop bombs on Kupyansk: three dead removed from under rubble
Rescuers have recovered the bodies of two people killed by Russian air strikes on Kupyansk on Feb.17.
Later, they found another victim whose body fragments were recovered from the rubble of a house, the interior ministry reports.
Russian enemy aircraft dropped guided bombs on residential areas of Kupyansk, damaging civilian houses.
"The shelling destroyed three two-story residential buildings. The private sector also suffered damage.
At least 10 private houses were destroyed. The explosions also caused 2 fires, which were extinguished by the State Emergency Service," the report said.
Rescuers removed four civilians from the rubble and unblocked the bodies of two victims, man and woman.
Later on, rescuers had recovered the body of another victim at the site of the airstrike in Kupyansk.
