For reference:
On February 3, the final of the national selection for "Eurovision-2024" took place in Ukraine. As in previous years, the winner is determined based on the results of the jury and audience votes.
Viewers vote through the Diia application for the second year in a row.
Voting lines were opened at 8:30 p.m.
However, Diia experienced a technical issue at 8:40 p.m. A "Sorry, an error has occurred" message appears when attempting to access the survey tab.
However, it was not possible to restore Diia's work promptly. The presenters announced live that on February 3, the results would not be determined. Voting would continue, and the winner would be announced on February 4.
The singer SKYLERR, who participated in the national selection "Eurovision–2024" with her song Time is running out, has decided to withdraw her candidacy. She believes the voting cannot be considered transparent due to a mishap in the "Diia" system and fears that the votes may have been tallied incorrectly.
However, "Public Broadcasting" announced that it would not remove the singer's candidacy because the rules do not provide for this.
