"The forum will help increase the trade potential of our countries, expand logistics and foreign economic relations. We have a common goal – the Black Sea should become a zone of cooperation, trade and economic growth. It is important to attract private investment in infrastructure rehabilitation," Kubrakov said.

Ukraine will prioritize projects aimed at restoring energy, housing, critical and social infrastructure.

"I am grateful for Turkey's readiness to actively participate in the implementation of projects to restore infrastructure in Ukraine that was destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian aggression."

Ukraine has held a series of international conferences to attract investment to rebuild the country after the war.

The first conference was held in late April 2023 in the Italian capital of Rome, which was attended by representatives of more than 150 domestic companies.

They met with Italian businessmen and discussed opportunities for cooperation in many areas and even sign some contracts.

The second Ukraine Reform Conference was also held in London on June 21-22. During a virtual speech, President Zelensky named five main principles, including unity, stability, development, security, and democracy, as the basis for the post-war reconstruction, which is possible with international support.

The next conference on reconstruction will be held in Tokyo, Japan, with the participation of the Prime Ministers of both countries, which will take place on February 19, 2024.
