Umerov proposes creation of international group to withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine at Davos summit
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov suggested creating an international working group at the level of defense ministers and national security advisors to work out a mechanism to withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine jointly.
Umierov announced this on Facebook.
The head of the Ministry of Defense made a corresponding proposal at the fourth meeting of advisers on national security issues regarding the Ukrainian Peace Formula, presenting to the participants the 6th point of the initiative: "Withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine."

As Umerov stated, the Peace Formula proposed by President Volodymyr Zelensky currently unites 83 world countries.

At the meeting of advisers, the minister emphasized the impossibility of talking about the restoration of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity without the complete withdrawal and disarmament of Russian troops and terrorist groups from the temporarily occupied territories.

As Rubryka reported, the fourth meeting of national security advisors and political advisors of state leaders regarding the implementation of the Peace Formula began in Davos on January 14.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, is scheduled to speak at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos on January 16.
Among the participants of this meeting are 81 countries and international organizations. At the previous meeting held in Malta, there were 66 participants.
The representative of Switzerland in Davos called to "take Russia on board" to discuss the Peace Formula.
He also stated that it would be challenging to involve China, which does not participate in the forum, in the peace talks between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, but this should be strived for.
