Russian partisans destroyed a platoon stronghold of the troops of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod region.

The head of Ukraine's Main Directorate of Intelligence wrote about this on Telegram.

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced combat clashes near the settlement of Terebryeno in the Belgorod region of Russia.

"Opponents of the Kremlin regime" took part in them.

During the attack, a platoon stronghold of Russian troops was destroyed. The Main Directorate of Intelligence called the attack on the positions of units of the Russian army "unexpected."

The department reported that the local garrison personnel had a "panic" reaction.

"Yes, on the order of the local commanders of the Russian troops, chaotic artillery fire was opened on the surrounding villages," added the intelligence.

Today, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on a shooting battle on the outskirts of the village of Terebryeno. There are apparently no casualties among civilians.

At the same time, the Russian official said that "special departments are keeping the situation under control."

At the same time, Gladkov complained that several villages had damaged power lines. He also noted that the emergency and operational services could start liquidating the consequences only after an agreement with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Propagandists said that a Ukrainian sabotage group allegedly entered the territory of the Belgorod region and engaged in a battle with the Russian army. Russian media also claims that the battle began around 11:00.

In addition, propagandists stated that about 200 people live in the village of Terebryeno. However, people were not evacuated, so they were hiding in basements.

During this night, 33 Ukrainian drones were allegedly shot down over the territories of Lypetsk, Rostov, and Volgograd regions, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
