Russia shells Kupiansk, killing two and injuring one

On December 9, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Russian invaders attacked Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the bombardment, there are casualties and injuries.
The head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov, reported this.
According to preliminary information, the occupiers attacked with artillery. As a result of the attack, 57-year-old and 71-year-old women were killed. A 30-year-old man was injured. A private house, a garage, a fence, and a summer kitchen were also damaged in the city.
Law enforcement officers work at the crime scene against the civilian population.
According to the regional military administration, during the past day, December 8, more than 17 settlements of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks: Hurivm Kozachok of the Bohodukhiv district, Veterynarne, Hraniv of the Kharkiv district, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestov of the Kupiansk district and others. Also, the Russians always carried out airstrikes on Ivanivka, Synkivka, Pishchany, and the Podoly of the Kupiansk district.
In the village of Tsaredarivka, Loziv district, a shop was on fire, and a private house was damaged as a result of the KAB precision-guided munition strike. In Monachynivka, Kupiansk district, a residential building and a critical infrastructure object were destroyed as a result of shelling. As of the morning of December 9, 37 recipients were disconnected from the gas supply.
