BGV Charity Fund and FC “Polissia” extend greetings to children from Zhytomyr region
On December 6, in the winter fan zone of the "Polissia" Football Club, the BGV fund's team presented gifts to 55 children from the Khoroshiv community in the Zhytomyr region. These are kids who have shown remarkable achievements and successes throughout the year in their studies and sports.
They were also greeted by magical elves and players from FC "Polissia." The Zhytomyr Regional Academic Puppet Theater performed one of its plays for the children.
The children, in turn, prepared gifts and extended greetings to the soldiers who were also invited to the tent to celebrate the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which coincided with St. Nicholas Day this year.
As part of the joint project between the BGV Charity Fund and the "Polissia" Football Club, throughout December, the winter fan zone — a tent in the center of Zhytomyr — will host festive events and gift presentations for vulnerable children from various communities in the Zhytomyr region.
Supporting young Ukrainians during the war is one of the key priorities of the BGV Charity Fund. Every child in Ukraine has the right to a full and joyful childhood, complete with celebrations and gifts.
