United to win: Germany enhances military support to Ukraine with vehicles, shells, and anti-drone systems
Germany handed over a new package of military aid to Ukraine. It included various types of vehicles, shells, and anti-drone systems.
The German government reported this.
The new military package included:
- four 8×8 HX81 tractors and their semi-trailers;
- three vehicles (trucks, minivans, all-terrain vehicles);
- two cars for the border service;
- five drone detection systems;
- mobile antenna-mast system;
- 3,840 artillery ammunition;
- 25 laser rangefinders;
- 15 sniper rifles HLR 338, and 60 thousand cartridges for them.

At the beginning of August, the German government announced the transfer of two Patriot anti-aircraft missile system launchers to Ukraine.
Earlier, Rubryka wrote that in April 2023, Germany also transferred the Patriot anti-aircraft missile complex with missiles to Ukraine. One complex includes a radar, a command post, and up to eight launchers designed for four missiles each.
On October 11, Germany announced new military aid to Ukraine worth about one billion euros. The package contains additional air defense systems, tanks, and ammunition.
During his visit to Kyiv on November 21, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced a new aid package for Ukraine.
