General Armaments Engineer Jean-Francois Doc announced this during a meeting of the Ukrainian and French delegations in Kyiv, Rubryka informs with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine website.
On the Ukrainian side, Deputy Ministers of Defense Dmytro Klimenkov and Lieutenant General Ivan Gavrylyuk participated in the meeting.

The delegations discussed urgent military needs and types of weapons that France could provide to help the Ukrainian army.
"This week, we have already received the funds and will make a payment for the additional purchase of the Caesar self-propelled howitzers. I thank the French side for the continuous supply of ammunition for these systems. Of course, if possible, we would like to increase the number of guns," Gavrylyuk emphasized.
The parties also considered strengthening cooperation in the defense sphere and establishing logistical support between the countries.

"France is making every possible effort to help Ukraine. Our Support Fund is trying to cover part of the costs of purchasing some spare parts and weapons for the Ukrainian side. We understand Ukrainian needs, so next year, France will increase the supply of ammunition," said the head of the Support Fund for Ukraine Doc.
Klimenkov and Gavrylyuk thanked their French colleagues for their continuous support of the Ukrainian army.
Military aid from France
In September 2023, Ukraine received 150 drones from the French company Delair.
It will be recalled that France also transferred long-range missiles to Ukraine to support the offensive of Ukraine's armed forces.
As reported, France provided the Ukrainian army with a powerful armored package.
Also, the Verney-Carron subsidiary of the French Cybergun signed a contract with Ukrspecexport for a record amount of €36 million for the supply of various weapons to Ukraine.
In addition, France plans to allocate €12 million for the urgent needs of Ukraine's healthcare sector.
