The press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reported this.
It is noted that the largest amount of potatoes was harvested in Ukraine – 21.2 million tons.

All other vegetables were harvested on an area of 367.6 thousand hectares, with production of 7.1 million tons, including:
Farmers of the Dnipropetrovsk region are the leaders in collecting vegetables, except for potatoes, where they grew 780,000 tons of crops.
In the Mykolaiv region, farmers produced the highest quantity of tomatoes – 275 thousand tons. The most abundant cabbage crop was found in the Lviv region, with 234 thousand tons, while the Kyiv region had the highest yield of cucumbers, with 72.8 thousand tons.

For reference:
It should be noted that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine does not predict a rapid increase in vegetable prices this year but does not rule out seasonal fluctuations.
In particular, according to the first deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine, in 2023, we should not expect an increase in the price of vegetables from the "borscht set": potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, and cabbage.
Rubryka reported that consumer prices for food resumed growth in October. Average consumer prices for food in October 2023 increased by 1% compared to September, thus ending its decline, which continued since July of this year.
It should be noted that the Vinnytsia breeder bred the world's first blue-yellow corn.
Rubryka also wrote that farmers in the Mykolaiv region are harvesting the second crop of vegetables. These vegetables were grown for the first time on an industrial scale during an experiment to replace occupied land in the Kherson region.
It should be noted that 35-40% of the total volume of melon crops in Ukraine before the full-scale invasion was grown in the Kherson region. Farmers plan to harvest about 6,000 tons of crops in the Kherson region this year.
