US unveils new defense package – Zelensky

The United States of America will provide a new defense package for Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that.
As the president said, the Ukrainian army will receive artillery.
He emphasized that these are the "projectiles that are needed right now." Zelensky did not disclose other details of the package.
At the same time, he noted the "unchanging leadership" of the USA in helping Ukraine.
"Normal life in the world largely depends on whether America is strong in protecting life. And the world sees this strength in helping Ukraine," the Ukrainian leader emphasized.
The package became known after the visit of US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin. Following the meeting with the Ukrainian president, he assured that his country and partners will continue to support Ukraine's urgent and long-term defense needs.
It should be noted that on November 3, the United States of America allocated a preliminary package of military aid to Ukraine. Its total cost was 425 million dollars.
