BGV Charity Fund and "Ukrenergo" union donate UAH 23.45 million in aid to Ukrainian military
The BGV Charity Found, in partnership with the "Ukrenergo" trade union organization, has acquired 14 cars and other equipment, including WiFi routers, adapters, a toner, and a printer, with a total value of UAH 23.45 million. These items were handed over to the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The "Ukrenergo" union fully funded the procurement of the vehicles, while the BGV team searched for the required automobile modifications based on soldiers' requests, purchased the cars, and organized their delivery to Ukraine and then directly to the military.
The vehicles were purchased abroad, in the Netherlands and Germany, and will be used for combat missions such as delivering valuable cargo to flashpoints, transporting personnel and equipment, and evacuating the wounded from the battlefield.
As a reminder, supporting the defenders is one of the three key priorities of the fund. In the first year of the BGV Charity Fund's work, the largest percentage of the provided assistance went to the military support category, precisely 36%. The overall share of the aid supplied by the fund amounted to UAH 21,589,966.
