Russian forces keep attempting to encircle Avdiivka, engaging in 70 combat clashes

Ukrainian aviation inflicted six strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel.
The enemy forces engaged in 71 combat clashes, attempting to regain lost territories, according to the General Staff report.
Ukrainian forces continue to hold positions on the left bank of the Kherson region and continue to inflict fire damage to the enemy.
Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation inflicted six strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel. Other units hit three control points, three areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, artillery, and an enemy ammunition depot.
"Russian invaders launched an air strike on Ukraine, using drones of the Shahed-136/131 type. 29 out of 38 strike drones were destroyed. On the night of November 19, the enemy again attacked Ukraine with these drones. The Air Force destroyed 15 out of 20 enemy targets," the report says.
Russian troops inflicted five missile and 76 air strikes and carried out 50 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian forces and settlements.
Over 150 settlements of Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were under Russian fire.
- Russian troops maintain a military presence in Ukraine's northern borders, conducting active sabotage activities to prevent the transfer of troops to threatening directions, increasing the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
- In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled eight attacks by invaders near Klishchiivka and Andriivka. They continue assault actions south of Bakhmut, inflict losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, and are fixed on the achieved lines.
- In the Avdiivka direction, Russian troops do not abandon attempts to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers steadfastly hold the defense and inflict significant losses on the enemy. The enemy's offensive operations were unsuccessful in east Avdiivka, where Ukrainian forces repelled 26 attacks.
- In the Marinka direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault actions, enganing in 22 attacks.
- In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy conducted assault actions in the areas of Robotyne, Novoprokopivka, and west of Verbove.
- Ukrainian troops conducted an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, inflicted casualties on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, and exhausted the enemy along the entire front line.
