On the Kherson front, along the left bank of the Dnipro River, Ukrainian forces have conducted a string of successful maneuvers, firmly establishing their presence on multiple bridgeheads.

According to the statement, this success was achieved "due to the bravery and professionalism of Ukrainian naval infantry in collaboration with other defense units," Rubryka reports.

"Ukrainian naval infantry is delivering effective strikes on the left bank of Kherson, taking actions to eliminate the enemy," the command said.

In the battles, the Russian occupiers suffered significant losses both in manpower and equipment. Since the initiation of operations on the left bank of the Dnipro River, Russia has lost 1216 soldiers and seen another 2217 wounded.

The Russian occupiers also lost 24 tanks, 89 artillery systems and mortars, 135 assorted vehicles, 48 combat-ready armored vehicles, including APCs and BMPs, 9 MLRS, 14 watercraft, 15 units of specialized equipment, four command posts, and 29 ammunition depots, scattered across the field and stationed.

A joint unit specializing in Electronic Warfare (EW) from the Ukrainian naval infantry has successfully neutralized 135 FPV drones and five UAVs of operational-tactical significance.

Advance on the left bank of Kherson

In early September, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that the Ukrainian military had taken positions on the left bank of Kherson. Media reports had initially surfaced in early August.

By the end of October, ISW analysts wrote that Russia was concerned about the prolonged actions of Ukrainian servicemen on the eastern bank of the Kherson region and saw it as part of a potentially larger Ukrainian operation.

A well-known Russian military blogger reported that two Ukrainian "assault groups" landed on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River and breached the initial Russian defense, temporarily occupying the entire Poima and positions on the northern outskirts of Pishchanyvka.

ISW analysts also reported on November 14 that Ukrainian Defense Forces had advanced to the northwest of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region and on the left bank of the Kherson region.
