Swedish Archer self-propelled guns deployed to Ukraine's frontline
Fighters of the 45th separate artillery brigade of Ukraine's armed forces received Archer self-propelled guns. Sweden promised to transfer these self-propelled artillery installations to Ukraine during the summer.
The commander of the Ground Forces of Ukraine's armed forces, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported that.
Syrskyi released a video featuring a new howitzer. In the video, the gunners proudly display the flags of both Ukraine and their brigade, with the Archer self-propelled guns in camouflage following behind.
The general congratulated the soldiers on the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery, stressing that "Ukrainian rocket and artillerymen are the basis of the firepower of our army."
"Missile troops and artillery are called the "Gods of War" because they remain the main means of destroying the enemy by fire. Artillerymen, with their skillful actions, bravery, and determination destroy the enemy every day, supporting the actions of the infantrymen," Syrskyi said.
