Russia is forming new guard units "to carry out counter-subversive measures" in the occupied territories.
Rubryka reports, citing the National Resistance Center (NRC), that a camp for future units will be equipped near Voronezh.
The tent city is designed for 10,000 people. The groups will include terrorists from the now-defunct "Wagner" and new recruits.
According to local information, recruits and former Wagner soldiers must arrive for combat coordination of new units after November 3. The main task is anti-sabotage measures at the occupied Ukrainian territories in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
"The National Resistance Center thanks everyone for the information and notes that any resident of temporarily occupied territories or even the Russian Federation can report the location of Russian troops and the accumulation of their equipment," the statement said.
