On Tuesday night, Russian troops launched attacks at the central Poltava region, western Khmelnytskyi region, and southern Mykolaiv region.

Rubryka reports the strikes, citing the statements of the head of the Poltava administration, Filip Pronin, the first deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi administration, Serhii Tiurin, and Ukraine's Air Force.

Mykolaiv region

The Air Forces reported on the night of October 31 about the Russian drone attacks and the activation of air defense in the Mykolaiv region.

"A Shahed drone has been recorded in the Mykolaiv region. Air defense is operating in the area," the statement said.

As Rubryka reported, on the night of October 27, the Russian forces staged another air attack on the southern regions of Ukraine, using attack drones. Russian troops directed kamikaze drones in two waves — with three UAVs each. Mykolaiv and Kherson regions came under attack.

"Unfortunately, an infrastructure facility has been hit. There was a fire, but it is not critical; it is localized, and rescuers are working," AFU Spokesperson Humeniuk commented on the strike in the Mykolaiv region.

Poltava region

The head of the regional military administration, Pronin, reported that the Russians launched a night rocket attack on the Myrhorod district.

"According to initial data, there were no casualties, and no damage to civil or critical infrastructure was recorded," he noted.

Recently, on October 29, the Russian forces launched a rocket attack on the Myrhorod district. At that time, no one was injured due to the attack, and there was no damage to the civilian infrastructure.

Khmelnytskyi region

On the night of October 31, explosions rang out in the Khmelnytskyi region during an air raid. Tiurin reported on social media that the Air Defense Forces were working in the region. The official also said that there were no casualties or damage from the drone attack.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned about drones attacking the Khmelnytskyi region, which were heading towards the city of Starokostiantyniv.

On October 25, the Russians struck the territory near the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant. As a result, the electricity supply was disrupted in the cities of Slavuta and Netishyn.

The explosions did not affect the operation of the nuclear power plant, but buildings on the site were damaged. Also, 1,760 civilian buildings were damaged as a result of the night drone strike.
