Solutions to win: Ukraine's Expocenter offers name trees for donation to support military
Ukraine's Expocenter and Made in Ukraine NGO announced the start of a joint fundraiser. Anybody who donates 500 hryvnias or more towards drones for the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade will be entered into the raffle.
This is reported on the Expocenter's website.
What is the problem?
As winter approaches, it has become crucial for the Ukrainian military to receive a significant boost in support from its citizens. In light of this, Ukraine's Expocenter and the Made in Ukraine NGO have joined forces to launch a collaborative fundraiser.
The goal of the initiative is to provide the gunners of the 95th Separate Assault Brigade with two drones: the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Fly More Combo and the DJI Mavic 3T, which were recently lost during combat missions. The total amount of the fee is 340 thousand hryvnias.

What is the solution?
"Made in Ukraine, and I received an urgent request for drones from the military and decided to speed up the collection with an incentive reward. It will be Christmas trees with nameplates where the winners can leave a phrase or a wish at their discretion. 77 Christmas trees will be planted as part of landscaping this fall, 27 of which are named as part of the collection initiative," said Yevhen Mushkin, general director of Expocenter of Ukraine National Complex.
How does it work?
Among all those who donate 500 hryvnias or more, a name tree will be raffled off, which will be planted on the territory of Ukraine's Expocenter at the end of November.
Donations can be made to the Monobank account of Made in Ukraine. The collection period will run from October 17, 2023, to November 20, 2023. Twenty-seven lucky winners will be chosen at random afterward.
