Solutions from Ukraine: women from de-occupied territories to receive free IT course

Projector Foundation, with the support of the Civil Society Organization "The Initiative Center to Support Social Action "Ednannia" [Unity in Ukrainian – ed.], is starting to implement the project. Within the framework of the initiative, women from the de-occupied territories of Ukraine can take a free distance learning course in the creative and IT industries.

What is the problem?

As a result of the Russian military invasion, numerous Ukrainian women were forced to flee their homes. Many also lost their jobs and are now struggling to find alternative employment in other fields due to the scarcity of job opportunities.

Fortunately, some public organizations and foundations today assist displaced persons, particularly women.

What is the solution?

The Projector Foundation, with the backing of the Civil Society Organization "The Initiative Center to Support Social Action "Ednannia," is launching a project to provide women from Ukraine's de-occupied territories with the opportunity to enroll in a free distance learning course in creative and IT industries.

Training is conducted in three areas:

How does it work?

Throughout the course, students will complete an order for an actual client. This hands-on experience will allow them to gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to start in their field.

After the course, the participants will receive a certificate and ready-made cases for their portfolio. Those willing to undergo training can register using the link.

The application deadline is October 17, 2023 (11:00 p.m.).
