Ukrainian special forces strike Russian troops in southern Melitopol, cutting off ammunition and fuel supplies
Ukraine's SOF Resistance Movement conducted a successful operation in the southern occupied Melitopol, cutting off vital supplies for Russian forces.
Bein occupied during the quick offensive in 2022, Melitopol has been a well-fortified city for Russian troops. The enemy managed to set up several bases and places of concentration of manpower and equipment.
Ukraine's Center of National Resistance reported the explosion damaged the railway track and a train delivering ammunition and fuel to the Russian army.
The train, which was heading on the route from Crimea to Melitopol, carried damaged equipment and loot in iron ore, grain, and other property in the opposite direction. The controlled explosion damaged 150 meters of the railway.
Previously, Ukrainian special forces have eliminated dozens of Russian troops and destroyed eight pieces of equipment in Avdiivka, torn by raging battles in the past three days.
Ukraine's Security Service and Navy attacked the Russian cruise missile carrier "Buyan" and the ship "Pavel Derzhavin" in occupied Crimea with drones and experimental weapons in the operation.
