United to win: British farmers donate 34 SUVs to Ukraine's armed forces
As part of the "Pickups for Peace" project in Lviv, British farmers handed over 34 SUVs to Ukrainian soldiers.
The Lviv Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.
What is the problem?
The Ukrainian military must be provided with everything necessary, including cars, for conducting military operations at the front.
But cars are expendable. After all, they can break down or be targeted by enemy fire. That's why they are crucial for Ukrainian defenders.
Volunteers and compassionate individuals from other countries are also involved in providing support.
What is the solution?
The Lviv Regional Military Administration also noted that British farmers handed over 172 off-road vehicles to Ukraine's defenders in less than half a year.

"Most of these cars belonged to them, but caring people gave them, and also painted them, filled them with everything necessary, and even personally brought them to Ukraine to support our defenders," the military administration emphasized.

As noted by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, this will significantly strengthen the soldiers of:
- 125th separate territorial defense brigades of Ukraine's armed forces:
- Air Command "West" of the Air Forces of Ukraine's armed forces,
- 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, named after King Danylo,
- Georgian Legion,
- 3rd separate assault brigades,
- units of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson State Emergency Service and other departments.

Regional military administration also added that some cars will remain in the Lviv region. Mobile groups, which the Lviv Regional Military Administration and "Zahid" PMC create, will use them to shoot down Russian drones.

For reference:
It will be recalled that British farmers handed over 15 cars to the Ukrainian military in July.
In addition, it was possible to equip 17 UAV strike companies as part of the Armed Forces brigades within the Army of Drones project with the support of partners and purchase 53 new pickup trucks for them.
