Russian forces injure 13 in shelling of frontline Kurakhove in Donetsk region
On September 21, Russian troops launched a series of missile attacks on Kurakhove in the Donetsk region, authorities report.
Citing preliminary data, 13 people were wounded in the evening shelling, and residential buildings were seriously damaged. Rescuers managed to get one person out of the rubble.
Russian forces shell the Donetsk region daily, as both frontline and rear settlements suffer from the fire.
Previously, Russians attacked Petropavlivka in the Volnovakha district, allegedly using rocket launchers. The explosions resulted in multiple shrapnel wounds to a 36-year-old local resident and a 56-year-old man.
On September 20, enemy troops fired a mortar at Toretsk in the Donetsk region. Four civilians were killed in the attack.
On September 18, the Russian military shelled Avdiivka and the outskirts of Toretsk in the Donetsk region. Two people were killed, and another was wounded in the attack.
