American University Kyiv and Arizona State University partner up to allow Ukrainian students to obtain dual diploma

In September 2023, 33 students who during the 2022-2023 academic year studied at the master's programs of the American University Kyiv (AUK) began their studies at Arizona State University (ASU) — one of the largest and most innovative universities in the US.

Thanks to the partnership between AUK and ASU, Ukrainian students gained access to the most modern ASU curriculum, international teachers, research projects, and workshops with a multinational team. Students undergo two programs, Master of Science in Engineering and Master of Leadership and Management, online, without leaving Ukraine. After the end of the academic year, they will receive a double diploma, American and Ukrainian, which opens the way to career growth in international companies or allow the students to expand their business outside of Ukraine.

"I sincerely congratulate the students who this fall became the first students from AUK to study at Arizona State University and will have a unique learning experience according to American education standards. I believe that access to the best knowledge and practices will help speed up the victory of Ukraine and its revival," Dan Rice, president of the AUK, emphasized.

Today, AUK offers a wide range of bachelor's and master's programs based on two schools: the School of Management and EPAM School of Digital Technologies, which offer five bachelor's and four master's programs in business and IT. All of them support double-degree programs at Arizona State University.
