Russian troops kill six-year-old child and injure four in Kherson shelling

On the night of September 14, Russian troops shelled the village of Novodmytrivka in the southern Kherson region, killing a 6-year-old boy and injuring his 13-year-old brother.

Three more adults, who were attempting to help children get out of the debris, were injured too, as Russian forces shelled the settlement twice, authorities report.

Right after midnight, the occupiers shelled the village with artillery. Enemy shells hit a private house and its area.

They added that private houses and outbuildings were also damaged.

Authorities added that Russian forces also shelled an ambulance vehicle, which was damaged, however, the medics inside were not injured.

After the Kherson region's right bank liberation, Russian forces have been constantly shelling the area with various types of weaponry. Over the past day alone, the enemy conducted 82 attacks, firing 433 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad rocket launchers, drones, tanks, and aircraft.

The enemy fired 12 shells at the city of Kherson. The Russian military hit residential areas of the region's settlements and a building of an educational institution in the city's district.
