Russia is unlikely to restore two damaged warships in Sevastopol – Ukraine's intelligence
Russian large landing ship "Rostov-na-Donu" and a submarine after the attack of the Defense Forces on the Ordzhonikidze shipyard in Sevastopol cannot be restored, Ukraine's Intelligence member Andrii Yusov reassures.
Many Crimeans "frankly and sincerely" rejoiced at the sounds of a strike on Russian warships because "they understood that the demilitarization of Crimea continues" from the invaders, he says.
These are significant hits, and we can now say that with a high probability, they cannot be restored. The good news for us is the destruction and damage to the large landing ship, as well as the submarine, which is very important, as it is the infamous Kalibr hypersonic missile carrier, Yusov said.
Russia's Defense Ministry reported that two vessels that were undergoing repairs at the repair facility sustained damages due to the attack.
Moscow alleged that Ukrainian forces launched ten cruise missiles and three marine drones against the Crimean shipyard used by the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
The Sky News reported Ukraine used long-range Storm Shadow missiles to strike a Russian naval shipyard in Sevastopol overnight.
