Powerful explosions reported near occupied Melitopol
Explosions were reported near the occupied village of Vesele in the southeastern Zaporizhzhia region.
Rubryka reports, referring to the statement of Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov, that this location was a known base of the Russian occupying forces.
"The 'deep-rear' occupiers switched from being summer 'bavovna' to autumn. Yesterday after 9 p.m., it was continuously loud in the Vesele district — 50 kilometers from Melitopol," said the city mayor.
As the Melitopol leader stressed, the explosions were so powerful that the residents of the village reportedly felt the earth tremble, and Melitopol residents in the northeast of the city heard the distant sounds of explosions.
