British actor and writer Stephen Fry arrives in Kyiv to host Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen
Stephen Fry, a British actor and writer, announced his arrival in Kyiv, Ukraine.
He announced this on Instagram.
"Sleeping car from the border with Poland to Kyiv. I'm getting there now…" Fry wrote.
As noted by the organizers of the third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, Fry will host the event, which will be held on September 6 in Kyiv.
"He (Fry – ed.) constantly supports Ukraine in its struggle for existence and independence, as evidenced by his interviews with guests. In addition, he helped Ukrainians survive the winter with the ShelterBox initiative, which collected donations for warm clothes and repairs of destroyed houses," the organizers added.

Stephen John Fry is a British comedy actor, writer, screenwriter, TV presenter, director, and Norwich City football club director.
He gained popularity primarily for his roles in such television series as "Black Viper" (1985–1989) and " Jeeves and Wooster " (1990–1993), which were among the many works of the creative tandem of Fry and Laurie. Frye is best known outside the UK for his role as Oscar Wilde in Wilde (1997).
This is not the first Hollywood star to visit Ukraine. Last April, famous American actress and UN Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie visited Ukraine.
Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn also visited Ukraine several times.
Also, at the end of July, the star of the movie "Guardian," the famous Hollywood actor Kevin Costner came to Kyiv with an unexpected visit.

The First Ladies and Gentlemen Summit was held for the first time in Kyiv on August 23, 2021 and was called "Soft power in the new reality." The second summit, "Ukraine and the world: the future we build together," took place on July 23, 2022.
The third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen will be dedicated to mental health. In addition, a large international conference of health ministers will be held within its borders.
This conference should launch a medical partnership program that will connect specific healthcare facilities in Ukraine with relevant facilities around the world and help coordinate international support.
