Ukrainian boxer Lapin wins championship title with knockout victory over Germany's Schwartz
Ukrainian boxer Daniel Lapin, who has never been defeated in a fight, won the vacant IBO Continental light heavyweight title. The 26-year-old from Kyiv defeated German Aro Schwartz by technical knockout.

The match took place in Wroclaw, Poland, on the undercard of the Usyk-Dubois duel. At stake in this fight was the vacant IBO Continental light heavyweight title.

The Ukrainian boxer, who is 2 meters tall, seized the initiative in the ring from the first minutes, punching his short opponent every time. Schwartz could not find the keys to the defense of the Ukrainian, periodically missing his shots.

As a result, the undefeated Lapin won the championship fight by knockout.
The outcome came in the 6th round when Lapin's striking series forced the German fighter first to take a knee and then to give up the fight altogether.

It should be noted that on the night of August 27, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk defended the title of unified world heavyweight boxing champion for the second time, knocking out British athlete Daniel Dubois.
Usyk won by knockout at the heavyweight level for the first time.
"Thank you for your support. I dedicate this match to my Ukraine and the Armed Forces," Oleksandr Usyk said after the victory.
