Russian drone drops explosive on civilian in Kherson region

With the help of a drone, the Russian occupiers attacked a resident of Zolota Balka, Ukraine's southern Kherson region.

Rubryka reports, citing the Kherson Regional Military Administration, that the Russian troops dropped an explosive device at a 43-year-old man around 12:00.

As a result of the attack, he received multiple shrapnel wounds to the chest, abdomen, and leg. The victim was hospitalized and is being treated.

What is the situation in the Kherson region?

After the Ukrainian forces liberated the right bank of the Kherson region, the Russians are shelling the region, including Kherson, on a daily basis. Invaders use heavy weapons, aircraft, and drones for strikes.

Just yesterday, the Russian forces struck a residential building in Kozatske, Kherson region, with a tank, killing a woman.

On the same day, the Russian forces dropped two explosive devices from a drone on Novoberyslav, killing a man.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional administration, the Russian forces launched 78 rounds of shelling over the past day, firing 377 shells from mortars, artillery, tanks, Grad MRLs, UAVs, and aircraft. 

The Russian military fired 47 shells at the city of Kherson, aiming at the residential quarters, objects of critical infrastructure, and the territory of the plant. As a result of Russian aggression, two people were killed, and three more were injured.
